Jewelry

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return for a full refund or credit/exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.

We will provide you with a prepaid return label. A shipping fee of $6 will be deducted from the total refund amount. If you exchange for a new item, Following Seas will pay for the return label. 

All return packages must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the return label. Any return labels that have not been postmarked within 7 days will be voided.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method minus restocking, and shipping fees, as applicable. 

Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.

Contact us at oldhandshop@gmail.com with your name, order number (4 digit number on receipt) and reason for return to begin the return process. 

 

Permanent Jewelry

All permanent bracelets are final sale and not eligible for exchanges/refunds.

Permanent jewelry appointment cancellations are only eligible for store credit exchanges.

No-call, no-show permanent jewelry appointments are not eligible for store credit refunds.

Customs, Altered, Personalized, Sale Items

Items that have been altered, customized or purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.
